GRATEFUL DEAD ALMANAC

This is a memorial piece that I did for Grateful Dead Almanac, done a month or so after guitarist Jerry Garcia died. I've done almanac cartoons for GDM since 1994 or 1995 and this one is still my very favorite. A few people at the Grateful Dead offices cried when they saw it, and several of them called me tell me how much they liked it. A real honor. (lyrics copyright Robert Hunter and Ice 9 Publishing)
